Returns:  All embroidered products can not be returned as these items are custom embroidered to your specifications. If you are unsure about embroidering & sizes please contact us before placing your order.   If you are not satisfied with your Puplite or Shampoo, we will be happy to refund the product. We guarantee a full refund (minus initial shipping charge) as long as it is returned to us within 21 days of purchase if it does not meet your satisfaction.        Sales Tax: We charge sales tax of 7% on all orders shipped to an Illinois address.    Privacy Policy:  We are committed to your privacy, we will never share, exchange, rent or sell any of your personal information we receive from you.       Method of Payment:  We accept Checks, U.S. Money Orders, Visa, and MasterCard (all credit cards will be subjected to a 5% processing fee).
