All colors you see represented on
this website may not be exactly as they appear upon receipt of your
product due to pixel variances within the computer software.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing as long as your order
has not been shipped. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be
cancelled.
Out-of-Stock:
We
strive to keep all of our listed items in stock. However, we may
occasionally run out of an item due to high demand. Should we find
ourselves out of stock on any item you order, you will be notified of this
fact promptly via email. Orders are typically received by our
customers within 7 to 10 days.
Back Orders:
If we
do not have an item in stock or it is back ordered, you will be notified
by email of an approximate shipping date and will be given the option to
wait for or to cancel your order. Should you decide to cancel your
order, a refund for the full purchase price plus any applicable shipping
charges assessed against your credit card will be processed immediately.
You must notify us within 24 hours of our email message if you are
canceling your order.
Method of Payment: We accept Checks, US Money Orders, Visa, and
MasterCard (All credit cards are subject to a 5% processing
fee) If paying by check, orders will

Privacy Policy: We are
committed to your privacy, we will not share, exchange, rent or sell any of
your personal information.
Sales Tax: We charge 6 1/2 % sales tax for
all orders shipped to an Illinois address.
Refunds: Refunds do not apply to
embroidered products but if you are not satisfied with your Puplite or
Shampoo, we will be happy to refund you for your product. We guarantee
a full refund (minus initial shipping charges) provided your product is
returned to us within 21 days of your purchase.
Returns: All embroidered products can not
be returned as that these items are custom embroidered to your
specifications. If you are unsure about embroidering & sizes please
contact us before placing your order.
